I stamped my Kraft background with Cover-a-card Solid Map stamp. The quote sentiment is stamped on a journaling tag I had for a long time. I added a pin and a sticker from American Crafts. I used 3D foam squares from Therm O Web to add the tag to the card.
In addition, I stamped chevrons and triangles on Kraft cardstock that I cut out and added to the card.

That is all from me. Make sure you check out what the rest of our DT created.

{ Reverse Confetti November Color Challenge }

Hi and welcome to our first color challenge as a part of the Reverse Confetti challenge crew.

Here is my card.

Happy birthday by Daniela Dobson

For this card I used So Stripey where I heat embossed the lines using clear embossing powder. The sentiment is from Lots to Say stamp set stamped in orange ink. To the bottom of the card I added two stripes of washi tape.

I cut the bag from brown cardstock and the panels from Traditions paper collection. The leaves are from the free cut file. I mirrored them to the right and then weld the two together. They can be used for a border. I added them as a decorative element on this bag.

I stamped the sentiment on patterned paper and cut it into a banner. I added a tag and another leaf to the bow. For a finishing touch I added these colored pearls to the bag.

{ November Studio AE Blog Hop from Technique Tuesday }

Welcome to our November 2013 Blog Hop. Today we are featuring projects made with Relative Banners - Studio AE November 2013.

Here is my layout.

Family by Daniela Dobson

I found this beautiful quote in Silhouette online store and I thought it was perfect for this layout and the stamp set. I stamped the words and the banner on cardstock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The butterflies are die cut and painted. I did add a touch of color to the quote, as well. I couldn’t go without adding my stars to the layout.

The photos are adhered over a glassine bag and I tucked my journaling inside the bag and added a label sticker that says “notes”.

The other stamped words on the edge are from Just Awesome Tabs.

****We are going to give away one $25 gift certificate after the hop. To be eligible to win, all you need to do is comment during the hop! The lucky winner will be announced on the 15th on the Technique Tuesday blog.

{ Moxie Fab Thanks! Blog Hop }

Hi, and welcome to our Moxie Fab Thanks blog hop.

 You should have arrived from Jocelyn Olson's blog. I am number 14 on this massive blog hop for Cath Edvalson, Trends Editor for Paper Crafts Magazine.
If you get lost go to the Moxie Fab World blog, or follow the list at the end of this post.

In a post "It will always be a Moxie Fab World" she let us know that THAT post will be her last! We, crafters across the world, are getting together today for one big THANKS!

I wanted to share my very first project published by Paper Crafts Magazine, back in the day. It was a card I submitted and later received an email from Cath to make the bag and the wine charms. That started it all. Later I received more emails from Cath and invites to contribute to special edition magazines. I was even lucky enough to have several magazine cover projects.

This second project has a funny story behind it. I mailed everything to Cath and after some time I received an email that "something happened" to my project and can I make another one. No explanation was given. I thought it got thrown away, someone spilled coffee on it, it got stepped on, who knows....
 Sure, I said. I had to hunt down another piece of the same patterned paper since this was a purse folding card and I used a whole sheet of paper.
This is the original project. I know the second one looked a little different.
I never found out what happened to this purse. Cath?

One last one to share with you. This card was submitted to one of the Moxie Fab challenges and was picked as one of the favorites.

 That is all from me. There are many more blogs to check out.

Cath, you will be missed!!
Best wishes my friend.
